Welcome to Signal Wave Canvas ("the Application"), a service provided by Voxel Frame Studios. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our application and services. By creating an account or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The Application offers a "Pro Plan" subscription for an annual fee. All payments are processed securely through PayPal.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed annually on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account. If you cancel, your "Pro" access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
• No Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the signal flow diagrams and other content you create within the Application ("User Content"). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and use your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Application.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Application to:

• Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Application.
• Disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise harmful to other users of the Application, us, or third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxel Frame Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Application.
